About Us

The first Off Main opened March of 2005.  I remember planning everything from the jacuzzi tub in a local hotel room.  It used to be our tradition to get a hotel room for our birthdays which are about 2 weeks apart.  We had just signed the lease on the building, and the room had already been booked and paid for.  
Soooo, we planned and planned.  I swear to this day that first store location had fairy dust sprinkled over the top of it.  Everything worked out perfectly for someone with only guts to open a business, no money.  It was a success.  From the first month it paid for itself and I was ecstatic!  Shortly into the 2nd year, it dawned on me that it ONLY paid for itself.  It never paid me <except with pure enjoyment> That 2nd year I learned a lot about business and what it takes to open and run one.  Needless to say, we closed that location and took a break from being in charge.  
April of 2011 another location was found.  Prime location, perfect for the needs.  It has now been open a year and my faith and will are much stronger and smarter.
